    How to get the list of workflow task attached to a change order using ITPAM process.

    Using either the getTaskListValues or doSelect (SOAP) method.

    I think this documentation may help you.  These are web services for Service Desk.  In PAM you can use the generic Soap Call Operator and use any of these webservices:
