    Hi All,

We are planning to use PAM for managing the session for target systems. We want to know that which all are devices can be integrated with PAM.

We have some server on IBM Cloud as well. Do the CA PAM can support IBM Cloud as well and any documents for that.

We are using PAM Xsuite 2.8.

    Thanks

Hi Praveen, Please review the platform support matrix at https://support.ca.com/phpdocs/7/9526/9526-PAM-platformsupportmatrix.pdf . We have no special integration with IBM Cloud, but maybe that's not what you are looking for. Can you be more specific about what types of servers you are running and what you would want PAM to do with them?

    Hi Ralf,

I am not authorized to open the pdf file that you have mentioned.

And we have Windows and Linux server on IBM cloud and we want to manage the sessions(RDP/SSH) and manage the password with PAM.

    Thanks,

    Praveen Kushwaha

Hi Praveen, Maybe you don't have a support.ca.com account yet. Please check with others at your site who have one already. As long as the required ports (22 for SSH, 3389 for RDP) are open from PAM to the target devices, you should be able to access the devices through PAM.
