  • 1.  .NET Webservice Metrics Not Reporting

    Hi, 

     

    I am unfamiliar with the .NET agent and how it works. There are a few agents that had Webservice metrics, however are not currently reporting.

     

    What are common causes for why these metrics would not be reporting?

    How would you do about troubleshooting?

    With the .NET Agent, that part of the app has to be exercised in order for them to appear.

     

    You can also check the autoprobe log to make sure they are being instrumented.

     

    Also check the agent log for any additional errors and check your application logs for any errors as well.

    Are the webservices metrics packaged into the .NET agent install or are those added after the .NET agent is installed?
