    Hello,

    I'm unable to transfer file using file transfer job. I get error if i use wildcards.

    U02003041 Fehler in 'fileExists'-Aufruf, Dateiname '/opt/***/output', Fehlercode: ('13' - 'Permission denied')

    The job runs normaly on V10. Now we migrated on V12.1

    The User-ID has enough permissions.

    Hi,

     

    not sure which hotfix of 12.1 you have installed, but this was a bug and should be resolved in the newest hotfix of 12.1.

    Hi Jan,

    with which version (HF) as this error fixed?

     

    We are facing same issue with one linux agent running on a VM server.

    Switching back to V10 agent solves the issue.

    V12 agent 12.1.4 build#1236

    Running AE V12.1.2 build#19755

     

    Any suggestions here?

    Hi Frank,

     

    I would suggest to update to the newest V12.1 Agent.

     

    If that doesn't resolve the issue, then it looks like, that the bug reoccurred again and your only option is to report it the support, so the development can have a look into it and fixes it.
