We have investments (projects) that have actuals (Hours & Dollars) being booked against them, however, some are not being reflected in the PPM_DWH.DWH_FIN_PLAN_PERIOD_FACTS table on the field PF.ACTUAL_COST?
We run the iterative Load Data Warehouse job during the week and the Full Job on the weekends. Any thoughts as to why we would not see expenses in the data warehouse and other projects do reflect the actual costs?
Can you run the full load and see if that populates.
This issue sometimes happens when the Incremental Data Warehouse job is running and a user goes and modifies a cost plan. If they did it when the job was running, the changes will not make it in DWH.
So I agree, try running the Full Load, this will update the records. Then if you scheduled Incremental very often during the day, I would suggest to space it out.

Along with it, in DWH you get only Plan of Record if the option is checked
Can you also check if the POR is checked or unchecked and then run the DWH to confirm
After conversing with CA Support, this has been labeled as a defect.
