INC00137672	WP crash/hang when EXEC VARA run during PRPT default resolution calls a SCRI that writes to a static VARA.	Same root cause as PRB00134504.

Automic just informed me that PRB00135286 & PRB00134504 have the same root cause. They also answered my questions about how prompt set defaults are evaluated.
