customizable time series charts

does rally have an app for plotting time series for any field? i want to have a time series chart of defects using the "scheduled state" field which shows all defects NOT in the "Accepted" scheduled state.

this could be similar to the defect trend app already in rally which appears to be based on the "state" field.

I'm not familiar with any apps that do what you want existing however you can  search Github to see if something similar exists.
