Q : I need to know some information about the licences, for this reason i do the below questions:

You can say me perfect way to count: how many licences are busy?, how many licences are available?, how many licences are in total? and how many license types installed?

I saw some information in User Interface>System Overview>License but i gave confuse with that, is not clear for information that i need.

    Hello Hau,

Usually I do an export of the licences to a .csv file and then use filters in Excel to check the number of available licences.

It's also nice to export the list of hosts from the agents view, and also apply filters.

I made this post a few days back, maybe it will hep you :)

About the numbers displayed, here's what the documentation says:

    Agents for Enterprise Business Solutions:
The number of running agents (total number of users who access them)

    Other agents:
The number of used agents / number of used CPUs /Actual number of agents ( actual number of CPUs)

    Server:
The number of used licenses (total number of actually running server processes)

    Hey Hau,

In regards to the counts. You have ***/*** (***/***). The first set of numbers is the total number of Agents/CPU's used against the license. The number in the parenthesis is the total number of agent and cpu for that license category for that environment.

An example of these two being different is when you have multiple Agents on one server. For example if I had two Windows agents running on HOST1, I would see 00001/00002 (000002/000004). It will only count as one license entry against the license because they are both running on the same IP address.
