I get this error serveral times on /var/log/messages
AgentManager: ERROR: Failed to read ssl parameters.
The error message indicates that there is maybe an issue with the SSL certificates to be found by default in /opt/CA/AccessControl/data/crypto
Check if you have replaced them and verify if the issue is occurring on other boxes as well.
If possible, please stick with the default self signed certificates which are placed by the installation routine.
Try uninstall and reinstall the PIM client afresh.

yes, The issue is occurring on other boxes.
I cannot reinstall PIM because the servers are on production.
