  • 1.  ERROR: Failed to read ssl parameters.

    HI Gurus,

     

    I get this error serveral times on /var/log/messages

     

     AgentManager[5708]: ERROR: Failed to read ssl parameters.

     

    Any comments?

    Hello,

     

    The error message indicates that there is maybe an issue with the SSL certificates to be found by default in /opt/CA/AccessControl/data/crypto

     

    Check if you have replaced them and verify if the issue is occurring on other boxes as well.

    If possible, please stick with the default self signed certificates which are placed by the installation routine.

    Try uninstall and reinstall the PIM client afresh.

     

    Should the problem remain, please open a Support Case with us

    no SSL certificates be found on that path.

     

    yes, The issue is occurring on other boxes.

     

    I cannot reinstall PIM because the servers are on production.
