    Hello,

I searched on the CA APM compatibility matrix but i didn't found if Openshift 3.7 is supported by the agents and which version of APM/agent I need for monitoring this specific version of Openshift.

    Goodbye

Currently we do not have an agent that supports OpenShift.

Matt's response is correct; he stated no support currently for agents, but we support the solution monitoring.

Agent support is being looked at by SWAT for a field solution while Engineering provides a supported solution.

Sorry but i don't understand your reply, could you explain me more precisely ? I'm monitoring Openshift 3.5 with this method following the APM official documentation, my question is : Will this method work with version Openshift 3.7?

yes, Openshift v3.7 is supported and we also fully support java agents running inside Openshift.

    1) Outside-in monitoring of Openshift - Discover and monitor the performance of all the Openshift containers/Pods, Services, Projects, monitor the performance of underlying Openshift node, Openshift service dependency map. We have this supported via our openshift monitoring image, you can get this image from Redhat container registry or dockerhub.

more details are here in our docs- OpenShift Monitoring - CA Application Performance Management - 10.7 - CA Technologies Documentation. As stated in the docs, our extension supports all versions higher than v3.

    2) Inside out monitoring of applications deployed inside containers in Openshift - This is again fully supported. For e.g. if you are running java apps inside containers then you can use our java agent to instrument the app (we also have a new microservices optimized profile in the java agent with 10.7).
