Has anyone used Clarity 13.3 on a Windows 10 and Office 2016 computer?  Does it work?  What kind of issues can we expect?  (We are aware that CA PPM 15.1 is the first version that lists Windows 10 and Office 2016 on the list of client compatibilities.)  Thanks.

    Hi Carol,

In basic testing, 13.3 seems to be fine with windows 10 anniversary edition.

The edge browser is not compatible so you'll need to use IE11 (enterprise mode) or chrome.

I have not tested the MSP connector with this configuration.

On MSP area, it is extremely important to make sure that the MSP compatibilities for 13.3 are respected:

    • MSP 2010 SP2
    • MSP 2013 RTM (no patch installed at all, not even SP1, which is explicitly unsupported)

MSP support on Windows 10 should be checked with Microsoft.

I am not aware of other than browser issues (caused by IE11 used on 13.3 anyway; IE11 needs to run in IE10 compatibility mode); but my personal recommendation would be to try with Chrome instead. Firefox v41 and higher have important issues on 13.3.

I would still encourage you to consider upgrading to a supported version soon :-)

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Marc
