Our company is in the infancy stages of rolling our Program and Portfolio management. One of the Transformation managers created a Portfolio and added two programs in the Portfolio. On the Waterline tab, one of the programs shows values for Role Demand, Role Actuals and Role Actuals (Total). The other program shows zeros for those three columns. How does the Role Demand, Role Actuals and Role Actuals (Totals) get populated?
