    Es posible de alguna manera  realizar la transferencia de casos  en un ambiente  multitenant?

    alguien tiene alguna idea de como se puede realizar?

    Hi Brayan,

    I see you are asking about transferring tickets between tenants in a multi-tenancy environment.  Currently I dont believe this is possible as it would violate the main reason why a customer would use Multi-Tenancy to begin with.  You would need to close the ticket in one tenant and open a new one in the other tenant.
