    Issue:

While trying to launch Datamaker, I am receiving the following error message:
    Failed to create file C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\mac41-763-12716.tmp.

    Environment:
CA Test Data Manager (TDM)- Datamaker
    Cause:

If your machine user does not have admin or write/create privileges, then these restrictions will prevent the mac.tmp file from being created.

    Resolution:

You will need to have admin or write/create privileges granted to your user. Your internal IT team will be able to do this. Once permissions are granted, Datamaker will able to launch.

To manually create this file, you can run the following command:
    C:\Windows\System32\getmac.exe > C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\mac41-763-12716.tmp
