  • 1.  unable to login to AMQ

    I have PAM SC 14.0 installed, up and running. I am unable to connect to the AMQ. It gives below error. Is there a way I can reset the AMQ admin password?

    HTTP ERROR: 401

    Problem accessing /admin/queueConsumers.jsp. Reason:

        Unauthorized

    Hi Seema,

     

    What is the username with which you are trying to access the ActiveMQ page? Are you using the ActiveMQ account (admin by default) or are you using your LDAP Administrator? Are you using https://<hostname>:8161/ to connect to the ActiveMQ?

     

    If you are connecting to https://<hostname>:8161/ with admin and you are still getting the same 401 error, then it is likely due to a bad password. Please use the following section of our Implementation Guide to change the password.
