xsuite appliance is a member of a secondary site

Last night we converted our CAPAM Production cluster to mult-site.   Does anyone know how to suppress the informational message "This Xsuite Appliance is a member of a secondary site.  Most admin functions are disabled and must be performed from the primary site"  from the Access page,   See attachment.   I know this is just informational but it's been confusing management and my end-users.

1. Why would end users see this?  Only those with access to admin functions should see it.
2. Why is management seeing this… if anyone shouldn't be an admin it's management
3. While it may be distracting, it actually serves a purpose and may even reduce confusion.  A PAM admin who logs into the secondary and can't find the menu referenced in the standard operating procedure may need the reminder to log into a primary site.
