Is it possible to obtain the APM Postgres DB password?

Hi,

 

I had forgotten the password that I had set for the APM database. Is there a way to obtain this? One that I could find currently was in EnterpriseManager properties, but it seems to be in an encrypted non-plaintext format as ENC('<encodedstring>').
