Need to know about reporting tool

Hi All,

 

      Is there any tool available for making the reports of policies? 

      Please guide me If we have any predefined assertions for generating the report of individual APIs...

Which products are you using (Gateway?, API Portal? LIVE API Creator?) and the versions. We could look into this and let you know if that is possible.

What kind of reports do you want to see in the gateway? What data are you after? 

 

If you are looking for performance metrics, then you can use the Gateway metrics asserstion which is a tatical assertion. A CA support ticket needs to be open to get it.

Hi Seenu,

 

      Thanks for replying. Lets suppose I have 10 APIs. 

       I need to know how many transactions are processing from Gateway for each API. So that i may conclude what is the volume of the API and also its easy to provide the statistics to user. As i know ESM is best tool to generate the reports for each API.

 

But i need to know like if we use any assertion inside the API, it will create some xls format or csv format report and send to user.

I believe this can be done using the Gateway Metrics.
