  • 1.  Change Mandatory field to Non-Mandatory field in SDLC Request?

    Hello,

     

    Need help to change Mandatory field to Non-Mandatory field in SDLC Request.

    I am using CA PPM™ version 14.4.0.234 02 9

    Go into Administration -> Studio -> Objects. Filter for "SDLC Request" object. Click on the object. Click on Views. Click on "Fields" for the row that has "Category" column as "Properties". Search for the mandatory field that you are interested in. Go to properties of that mandatory field. And here uncheck the "Value Required" flag.

    The Object Attribute also needs to be checked.

     

    The Object Views should also be verified as per Jeevan's instructions, but the Object Attribute in question also needs to be reviewed to see if has been set as 'Value Required' on the attribute.
