When client administrators receive the following message, what process should end users follow to have their AC & FD user accounts linked??
A user tried to join CA Flowdock without using their CA Agile Central credentials, but was unable to join your organization because your add-on (non-CA Agile Central) licenses are maxed out. Currently, 4524/9003 CA Agile Central Unlimited Edition licenses and 162/152 add-on licenses are being used.
You can free up add-on licenses by making sure that users with CA Agile Central licenses have linked their CA Agile Central and CA Flowdock user accounts. For a list of users and license usage information for the ADP ES organization, see the Users page.
We run into that a lot in my subscription, and what I have the end users do is to delete the unlinked account entirely. They then have to sign up for Flowdock again following the "Sign Up Using CA Agile Central" path. If there's another way to accomplish this then I don't know about it. Hope that helps.
I opened a case for you and will reach out to you there as this will be specific to ADP.
Happy Holidays & thanks for all you help this year!
