  • 1.  Is there any kind of "best practices" white paper on defining and managing resource Skills?

    They're easy enough to create in the system, but we need help with developing a useful, consistent and maintainable business process to define, assign and update skills.

    - How best to categorize

    - How granular to make them

    - Who adds, removes, updates skills for each resource
