    Hello everyone!

    How can I change the Personalized Responses permission from a single contact to a group?

    I found the Idea (https://communities.ca.com/ideas/103001654) but had no interest in the community.

    Hi Rodrigo,
    As you already know the idea 'Personalized Responses for Group' in 12.7 status Not Planned, most likely 12.7 or above out of box does not develop/implement/have the function.

    Yes, it does not exist by default.
    But, frankly, it's kind of unreasonable for this feature not to have per-group permission and analysts have to create dozens of messages alike...

    Any ideas how to make this change through customizations?
    I've seen that in the schema designer in response object has a default trigger (ON_PRE_VAL check type), maybe just remove it. But I could not remove this default trigger.
