  • 1.  CABI 6.3 SDM 17 user authorization

    Hi Team,

    in the jasper report server I defined the attributes and modified the datasource definition as documented in docops to enable the authorization of cabi users of the organization servicemanagement for SDM.
    I login to the jasper report server with the same userid as defined for the contact in SDM. 
    I start the "User Authorization for CA SDM" and specify Username and Password as it works in SDM.
    I klick "Anwenden" (German) and get the error message: "Login failed. Please verify contact your administrator."
    Did I forget something ?  Does somebody knows a solution for my problem.

    Is this Jasper or SDM over Oracle db in question ?

    Hi Baerbel,

    This is most likely due to the attributes not being set on the data source OR on the user account in Jasper.  Check both of those to make sure the attributes are set up properly in both places.

    Hi Jon,
    thank you for your suggestions to check everything once more. I do not know where the spelling was not OK, but now I did a copy and paste for the attributes and datasource based on the documentation in docops. Now it works.
