We are planning to roll-out ITCM agents with Tivoli. After agent installation, how can we configure them to connect to the respective scalability servers.
you need to run the command
"caf setserveraddress <FQDN of Scalability Server>"
after the installation succeeded.
You can send the command Gerald provided using an SD job or an AM job.
Alternately, you can configure Location Awareness to have the Agents automatically configured for the correct scalability server as determined by IP Address.

The other 2 option are pass as a user parameter to the job the option parameter to specify the ss name or ip. Or you can put a wrapper around the package you deploy from Tivoli and have it programmatically determine which ss if there is something you can query via a script.
