    Hello,
Has anyone had a chance to configure a SPAN port on a NETSCALER?
If so, do they have data to share?
    Thank you.
    Greetings.

    Hi Agustin,

Have you encountered problems with TIM not seeing the expected data from a NetScaler SPAN or is this a prep question before you actually try it?

This KB has some general advice on checkpoints to ensure that TIM receives data from a Load Balancer:

My colleague JMertin may be able to provide SME advice specifically for NetScaler.

    Regards,

    Lynn,

What I'm looking for is if someone had the opportunity to configure the SPAN port on a NETSCALER.
    Same thanks for your contribution!

    Regards!

    Hi Agustin:

This is possible to do but your vendor/integrator/network team should be able to assist as well. TIM basically cares that it sees two-way clean data for HTTP/HTTPS-monitored apps. Marking Lynn's response as answered. But others may post as well.

    Thanks
