    Hi, 

    I have downloaded Cisco_UCM, unity and UCS probes from support.nimsoft. Now I have 2 queries

    1. when extracting the zip file , its asking for password . Where is that passsword.

    2. Have drag and drop to infra manager and now it said no valid license.

    copy the files as is into the nimsoft\archive folder

    in the console import them

     

    The password is not given out and they have to be in zip format for the program work work with them.
