  • 1.  Error 401 occuring between 11:30pm and 12:15am each night

    I have a script running that grabs data from the Rally lookback API every 15 minutes.  It works fine in general, but every night between approximately 11:30 pm and 12:15 am ET, I get the following error:

    Error 401 Full authentication is required to access this resource HTTP ERROR 401 Problem accessing /analytics-api/v2.0/service/rally/workspace/307187887/artifact/snapshot/query.js. Reason: Full authentication is required to access this resourcePowered by Jetty:// (line 59, file "Rally")

     

    I do not see this with the regular WSAPI.  Has anyone seen this before?  Is the lookback API "locked" during this time?

    Hi Steve,

     

    If you are still getting the HTTP 401 errors, could you please log a support ticket at support.ca.com or by calling 

    800-225-5224. LBAPI should not be locked during that time, and I think it would be best to troubleshoot via a support ticket.
