  • 1.  Getting popup on the top of the console that "Information:server is stopped"

    Hi ALL

     

    M' using Ca ehelath version 6.3.2.08 and we are using fail over setup in our environment.

     

    we are facing issue with importing data from Remote pollers. when we checked on "ca ehealth one click console "

    we are getting frequently  information on the top of the console that "Information:server is stopped". PFB

    when we checked ehealth services on "services.msc" all services are running but still we are facing this issue

    As checked ehealth logs PFB.

     

    Every 3 mins it is saying "System Event nhiCfgServer Server started successfully."

     

    request can any one help me with this.

    Vishal,

     

    Unfortunately there are a multitude of items that could cause a system to stop/crash and it is really a sort of problem that I would recommend that you open a full Support Case for a detailed and in depth look into the potential resolution.  That being said, I recommend that you take a look at this KB Article and see if any of these items apply:

     

    eHealth will not start or continually crashes, what do I do?
