Incremental load : last 7 days

Hi,

I trying to load incrementally the last 7 days created/updated/deleted data for :

- Epic/Feature

- HierarchicalRequirement

- Project

- Release

- Iteration

- User

- Task

- Tag

as far as know, there attribute LastUpdateDate but unfortunately not present in all object here above.

is there any other way to achieve this ? is lookback API the solution to this ?

For the Artifacts that do not have a LastUpdateDate Attribute, you may be able to parse the Revision History.  See this KB: Query Revisions in WS API - CA Knowledge
