  • 1.  Hello there, can anyone please advise if it is possible to monitor log files using Wily?

    our customer need us to monitor specific errors messages on Websphere application server is that possible?

    Hello Wellington,

     

    The EP Agent has plugins that will monitor log files included Websphere EPAgent Default Plug-ins - CA Application Performance Management - 10.5 - CA Technologies Documentation  you can review the config file and perl source file contained in the epaplugins/websphere folder to see if they suit your need - or extend them as you wish.

    Hi Wellington,

    at my main customer we make extensive use of EPAgent logreader.

    We have several perl code examples, tested on production environment.
