  • 1.  RM not able to edit the resource.

    Hi ,

RM has 11 resource under him , but in the Resource - manager auto , shows 10 resources when clicked on "Show All" , due to this RM is not able to edit the resource.

Is this Issue due to any bug or any background process didn't worked properly, when that 11th resource was added under RM.

    Thanks.

    Is the 11th resource active?

Can you paste a screenshot of how the 11th resource is configured vs the ones that are visible?

No I have no access to get screenshot.

If we change the RM to some other person and after waiting for a while again changing back to RM will work ?

Which process will gets triggers, when this action is done ?

Seems to be a custom process - nothing to do with Clarity - can you check under Administration > Processes > Initiated tab for any process that might have triggered?

    I would definitely try that.

(Not sure why we are talking about "processes" at all ???? )

So, Resources are created automatically (via. XOG or SQL code)/manually?

It looks like there might be something has gone wrong and it might be hard to know without understanding how Resource Manager is assigned to Resource?

If it's random issue, definitely, you could change RM on Resource Properties page to someone else and revert it back. That should kick-off out-of-box mechanism and should correct RM Auto rights.

If there is some custom solution in place causing this issue, you could right another custom solution to check on frequency basis to restore Resource Manager Auto rights.

Right would be 'ResourceManagerMgmt'. (Id: 3710 and Name: Resource - Manager (Auto))
