Is possible unlock endpoints accounts (for example: Account AD, MySQL, Oracle, etc) from CA Identity Portal?

This feature is possible from CA Identity Manager using task "Modify My Endpoint Accounts" but in CA Identity Portal documentation does not mention nothing about this.

Please your help to do it.

    Hello

I noticed you already have a question in support about this question

You may need create/edit a form to access the Identity Manager task for example to modify user and make the unlock

Support case 00448719 was opened and the following was provided via the case:

The ‘Unlock Account’ functionality is not available from the ‘Modify My Endpoint Account’

task when using it in ‘My Profile’ screen of the Portal.

This means that a user cannot unlock his own account , users can unlock only other users’ accounts.

If you have to allow a user to unlock his own account you will have to use the

‘Modify User’s Endpoint Account’ task so the user will unlock his own account using

the Access module (Access -> Request for Self).

    Hi Kenny,

if you review the last comment on the case, say: user cannot unlock his own endpoint account.

Do you have any idea to unlock endpoint accounts within I. Portal?

I am not familiar but the support case is marked as closed with the comment that this is not possible as I noted.
