    Hi,

    I'm having trouble to see webview, I'm getting this error from TC Messages

    Error retrieving permissions. Status code: 503
    I'm running APM  in my local enviroment
    linux mint 18.3
    APM v= 10.5.1.8
    I've seen this links

    and I've checked this possible cause, but I've made that changes in IntroscopeWebView.properties like this
    ===========================================================================================
    # The port on which WebView listens for HTTP traffic
    introscope.webview.tcp.port=8080

    # The WebView application context path. This string will be appended
    # to the fully qualified hostname and port to form the WebView root URL.
    # For example:
    # If context path is... WebView root URL will be...
    # / http://yourhost.yourdomain.com:8080/
    # /WebView/ http://yourhost.yourdomain.com:8080/WebView/
    introscope.webview.context.path=/

    # Some single sign products can include headers that push header size
    # over the Jetty default limit of 4096. This is usually seen as an HTTP 413.
    # This property allows increasing the header limit over the default setting.
    introscope.webview.request.headersize=8192
    #################################
    # Enterprise Manager Locations and Names
    #
    # ================
    # Settings WebView uses to find the Enterprise Manager

    introscope.webview.enterprisemanager.tcp.host=AR-NT-88
    introscope.webview.enterprisemanager.tcp.port=5001
    introscope.webview.enterprisemanager.webserver.tcp.port=8081

    # URL that points to the root of the Enterprise Manager REST API
    introscope.webview.enterprisemanager.rest.base=http://{EM_HOST}:8081/apm/appmap
    ===========================================================================================
    I restarted WebView
    In addition I've cleared cache data in browser,
    IntroscopeWebView.log show me this error
    ===========================================================================================

    Can a fellow APM Admin/customer, Partner, or CA staff provide Osvaldo with a good next step?

    Thanks in advance!
