    Based on the screenshot in that doc I am assuming that this is a question about CA Agile Central.  I have moved the thread to the CA Agile Central community.

    Richard,

     

    You can export from the Defects page after creating a filter as you as owner of the Defects.  Clicking on the 'Actions' button in the top right provides an export option for CSV or XML.
