When attempting to log in via Agile Central using CA credentials it sits, forever, at "Processing SAML authentication". This is when on, or off, CA's networks. This is on an iPhone 7. I believe current reviews of the app on the App Store are in the same vein.
Sorry you are encountering this issue. Please try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. I know this is not ideal, but I believe it will fix the issue.

I am having the same issue with a fully updated 2017 iPad.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Flowdock app but this has not solved the problem.
I opened a case for you and will email you the same solution I gave Keith that resolved his issue. I am emailing it to you rather than posting here because it is only a solution only internal to CA.
Great news - version 4.1.2 of the Flowdock iOS app is out today and it addresses several of these issues! Get the update at Flowdock on the App Store.
