How can we create Custom Notification Template in CA PPM

I want to use a custom Notification Template so that I can send that Action Item to my users as needed. Can we do that if yes how? Thanks in Advance.

There is no Option to create a custom notifications in clarity. but you can modify the OOTB notification on notification section (Global) or specific process level.
