    I am not able to find license file in the gateway software upgrader package. Can anyone tell me where can I get this?

    Hi Ruchita.mantri,

     

    You will need to open a case with our licensing department to request a file for your version. Please use this link to submit your request or you can call 1-800-225-5224.
