  • 1.  Windows DLL failed to load when running 12.52 SP1 CR06 on Windows 2016

    Trying to run ca-wa-12.52-sp01-cr06-win64-64.exe on Windows 2016. Java 1.8.131 is also installed, if that matters. After it finishes decompressing, I get "Flexeraax0$aaa: Windows DLL failed to load.

    Application exception: Windows DLL failed to load

    Also, if I try to run agent-install.exe directly I get this. I tried creating a JAVA_HOME environment variable in case that mattered.

    Hi,

     

    I suppose you would like to install and configure IIS 10 Web Agent on Windows 2016. In this case, you must not use the installer:

    RS92406   Siteminder Web agent 12.52 SP01 CR06.

     

    Instead, please use another one of CR06 for IIS10:

    RS95103   SiteMinder Web Agent 12.52 SP01 CR06 IIS10.
