Anyone has downloaded Mobile API Gateway SDK? Can't seem to find it on support.ca.com.

I found this page contains the MobileSDK for iOS, not sure if it's a template SDK file or the full blown SDK file.

 

for other OSes they are generally on Documentation | CA Mobile App Services

 

need to locate the all-inclusive SDK download page for customer who actually bought.

As stated above, the IOS is available through the mas.ca.com site, getting started. The Android and Cordova is available through the support.ca.com site, you need credentials to download the code. The ISO for the product (about 40mb) has the SDKs. If you are not a licensed customer, reach out to your local sales team. The android will be open sourced at some point in the near future.
