    Try accessing the link manually, logon to the support.ca.com site select the product " CA Application Performance Management (CA APM) (CA Wily Introscope, CA Wily Customer Experience Manager) " from the list then click the product page button visible when in the knowledge section is highlighted - - the guides will then be available in the Popular Links section on the right.
