XSLT Function for Base 64 Encode/Decode

Hello Expert Team,

I know we have assertion for base 64 encoding/ decoding but want to check if there is any inbuilt xslt/function which can be used in XSLT to perform Base 64 encode/decode.

There is not a built in XSLT function in the gateway that will do Base64 encoding/decoding so it will need to be done through the encode/decode assertion.
