    Hello Siladitya,

What version / patch level of CABI is this?  It seems CABI 3.x, but I'm not sure about the exact SP level based on the URL/errors.

Was this working before and then stopped?

Did you upgrade Tomcat (or a browser version) or something to end up in this?

Redeploying the CABI webapps might help resolve such an issue too - Unable to access Reports under Reports Tab of CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) - getting Http status 404 -/ OpenDocument…   (though the error is not an exact match, it pretty much walks you through the redeploy of the webapps under a different 404 error)

    Thx

    _R

    Thank you.

As the folders are available, maybe we should consider redeploying.

    1) stop tomcat

    2) backup tomcat folder completely

    3) Redeploy the CABI webapps similar to: Unable to access Reports under Reports Tab of CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) - getting Http status 404 -/ OpenDocument…   (though the error is not an exact match, it pretty much walks you through the redeploy of the webapps under a different 404 error)

Do you have any plans to upgrade from 12.7?  That release is end of support for a while now.

    If i  redeploy Using

    wdeploy tomcat7 -DAPP=OpenDocument undeploy
    wdeploy tomcat7 -DAPP=OpenDocument deploy

Commands my old report will be effected ??

Actually it is a production environment and as I told you earlier SDM and BOXI installed in same server,so please suggest what precaution should taken before redeploying using above commands.

Yes we are planning to migrate to new version. But before that we need to resolve this problem as billing is affected for this issue.

A redeploy of the CABI Tomcat WebApps will have no effect on the CABI reports.

Raghu.Rudraraju has already indicated to take a full backup of the CABI Tomcat directory.

In addition, a backup/snapshot of the server and the CMS database would not be a bad idea either.

I just realized a mistake in the suggestion I made.

Your issue is with CmcApp,  so the OpenDocument app deploy will not help.  We' have to re-deploy  the CmcApp like this and not like the one in the previous document I suggested

    wdeploy tomcat7 -DAPP=CmcApp undeploy
    wdeploy tomcat7 -DAPP=CmcApp deploy

    Sorry about that.

Do you see a CmcApp folder in the CABI WebApps directory?

If not, follow the steps provided by Raghu.Rudraraju to redeploy the CABI Webapps

What happens when you attempt to access the following page on the server

    http://wbhlpdsk:8090

Do you get the Tomcat homepage?
