  • 1.  Report Server Configuration Issue

    Hello,

    When we are running the registration tool to register the report server, we are getting the below error? Any pointers to get rid of this problem would be of great help to us.

     

    C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\CommonReporting4\external\scripts>regreportserver.b

    at -pshost 192.168.46.99 -client reportserver -passphrase firewall

     

     

    Running SiteMinder WAM Report Server Registration Utility...

    Registration Failed: AGENTAPI_FAILURE

    CABI version is 4.1 SP3

    Report Server is 12.52.200.6411

    PS Version 12.52.0201.6565

    Hi,

     

    Is there any firewall between Report server and policy server? Did the policy server ports (ie: 44441, 44442, 44443) open for Report server?

    Had a problem with the VM and tried on another machine and able to regsiter successfully. Thanks Karmeng for the reply.
