I assume you also successfully tested the ODBC connection and it was 64 bit ODBC.

The message in CSA is
Which sounds like not complete installation and the status of the MS SQL database unavailable.
If the is the case then check that the client protocol to SQL server is TCP/IP and using port 1433 and the same credentials which make the ODBC connection. If that works then you can click in the above link to continue the database installation.
