Clarity

  • 1.  Error initialization  (CA PPM)

    to start the clarity of the services I found this error:

    Error found by log:

    I entered the admin log to check what had happened .

     

    Failure: java.sql.SQLNonTransientConnectionException: [CA Clarity][SQLServer JDBC Driver]Error establishing socket to host and port: localhost:1433. Reason: Connection refused: connect

    Sounds as if your SQL Server is not up or the network connection is broken.

    Is the SQL server up and can you access it with Management studio or create and ODBC connection to it?

    odbc was successfully created.  Even so the problem persists.

    I assume you also successfully tested the ODBC connection and it was 64 bit ODBC.

    Has this system worked before?

    The message in CSA is

    Which sounds like not complete installation and the status of the MS SQL database unavailable.

    If the is the case then check that the client protocol to SQL server is TCP/IP and using port 1433 and the same credentials which make the ODBC connection. If that works then you can click in the above link to continue the database installation.

    Good Afternoon.

    Things to check:

    1- are you using any firewalls.

    2- if using firewalls Please make sure port 1433 is open.

    3- to confirm if port 1433 is listening issue command

         netstat -an | findstr 1433

    4- confirm if referenced port

    sorry for the delay required for the messages . I could evolve but however can not start bd

     

     

    NSA-0001 FAILURE TO START BD

     

     

    CONNECTING able BD ALREADY AVAILABLE BUT NOT STARTS.
