CA BOXI 3.3 SP1 is implemented on client's production environment. Whenever he is going to export a web intelligence report to a pdf, the report in the pdf is getting split. Some columns are appearing on one page and remaining are appearing on next. The splitting is like if a field has value 11:12 AM, then 11:12 is appearing on one page and AM is appearing on the next page. Means the column itself is also getting splitted in-between.
How to resolve this issue?

Please confirm the CABI Service Pack level via the Central Management Console and selecting MANAGE->SETTINGS and then the PRODUCT VERSION entry
