We are in the planning stages of making the Remote Cache Assertion (or alternate forms of it) out of the box with the API Gateway and would like to get an understanding of what type of Cache Servers that our customer uses so that the proper servers support are prioritized.

Please reply if you are aware of the cache servers (and version) used with the Remote Cache Assertion.

    e.g.  memcached v1.4.34

That is great news! We are evaluating Redis voor remote cache (for storing sessions). It would be great if a product like Redis is part of the api gateway package, so we do not have to update it as a seperate product on the api gateway.

For the OOB Remote Cache implementation, will this include a "Test" capability for connectivity based on the remote cache configuration ... as we have for other types of connectivity components?

I would like to have support for Redis(3.x). If it can be delivered to work with older version of gateway that would be Awesome (Atleast all 9.x version of API Gateway)
