While Installing CA APM 10.2 we were unable to install the Postgresql due to /tmp non executable permission.
After resolving that we were able to successfully install the postgresql. Now our concern is that do we still need to have executable permission to /tmp directory for running other postgresql scripts such as backup, update, etc or we can pursue with its non executable permission ?
I believe it is only needed for the install. Note that looking at the APM Install docs, the tmp permissions are not mentioned at all. It only refers to several files in the tmp directory
