CA Privileged Identity Manager Tech Tips by Eric Gomes, Support Engineer for 08/02/2016.
Issue:
Within the Enterprise Management UI, Privileged Accounts -> Discovery -> Discover Privileged Accounts Wizard -> no drop downs from there.
Cause:
The componentregistration utility registers the endpoints with the Enterprise Management Server. When the installation fails to register the endpoints, you can manually run the componentregistration utility.
Solution:
Windows: cd ..\AccessControl\bin
*nix: cd ../AccessControl/bin
ComponentRegistration.exe -comp jcs -register -userDN "cn=root,dc=etasa" -serverDN "dc=im,dc=etasa" -pwd communication_key_goes_here -port "20411" -ssl "yes"
Next, check the server.log to see the JCS connected to the Tibco MQ.
