We are pleased to announce that CA Service Management 14.1.02 is now available. CA Service Management 14.1.02 is an update (cumulative patch)
for CA Service Management 14.1 and 14.1.01.
New features and enhancements for CA Service Management 14.1.02 include:
- Environment Promotion – A simplified process to move configuration and content changes through Dev, QA, UAT to PROD environments for CA Service Desk Manager and CA Asset Portfolio Management
- Common Patch Installer – Simplifies patching of cumulative patches and value packs for CA Service Desk Manager, CA Asset Portfolio Management and CA Service
Catalog - Community-driven Enhancements – MDB level setting, CA Service Desk Manager search personalization and attributes in Unified Self-service, and controlling the visibility of “communities” in Unified Self-service
- Quality Improvements – Bug fixes for CA Service Catalog, CA Service Desk Manager, and CA Asset Portfolio Management.

Please note: CA Service Management 14.1.02 can be applied to CA Service Catalog 14.1 or 14.1.01 along with another patch RO86617 which is specific to CA Service Catalog
