  • 1.  How CA Spectrum Alarm is automatically creates tickets in CA Service Desk Manager

    Hi Team,

     

    Is there anyway that alarms generated in CA Spectrum can automatically create ticket in CA Service Desk Manager for particular alarms without right click on alarm and submit Service Desk ticket.
